Guild NFTs

Guild leadership can be proved by owning the guild NFT. If a guild leader decides to transfer or sell the NFT to someone else then leadership is transferred too.

This NFT encapsulates the list of addresses that belong to it and their ranks (guild members).

Guilds have their own small governance system and can set up things like a guild $ESSENCE tax. By taxing guild members guilds are able, in conjunction with real money, to spend on guild cosmetic NFTs and services.

There are two types of guild NFTs:

• Genesis Guild NFTs: mintable after participation in the Mothora’s Mission System. A maximum of 60 will ever exist. These NFTs are differentiated by extra visual effects in the image metadata and in-game. The guild leader is also entitled to a permanent $ESSENCE royalty from the total earnings of the DAO the guild belongs to (weighed by the SRep amount of that guild).

• Guild NFTs: normal NFTs, crafted at guild creation once the main game is released. Do not have special visual effects and do not draw an $ESSENCE royalty.
